Which currency do you accept?
All products in our shop are charged in euros, when paying your currency will automatically be converted to euros.

 

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries in the world. If you can’t order in our shop, please use the contact option on the website or e-mail us directly at support@archessentials.dk.

 

Where is the parcel shipped from? 
All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. All orders are with a track and trace code. You will be compensated with a full refund if a package should be lost or broken along the way.

Do you offer free shipping? 
Yes, we do! Free shipping is available with a minimum order value.
To Denmark - 75€.
Within Europe - 99€.
Worldwide - 250€. 

I ordered more than once. Can you combine the shipments?
Yes, if the parcel hasn't already been shipped.


How long does it take before my package gets shipped?
We send packages everyday Monday to Friday, so it will not take more than a day unless it is weekend.


How long is the delivery time? 
It depends where you live and which delivery method you choose. 
Denmark is 1-2 days. 
Worldwide is 1-4 days. 


I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Yes, you can cancel your order if we have not shipped your products yet. Contact us at support@archessentials.dk.


I emailed customer service, how long will it take for you to respond?
We are trying to reply to mails as fast as we can, you can expect a reply within a few hours. Monday – Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00.
