Shipping Info

If you order before 10:00 CET on any weekday, the parcel will be handed to the shipping company the same day. Orders on holidays and weekends will be sent on the first following weekday.

All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. All orders are sent with a track and trace code. You will be compensated with a full refund if a package should be lost or damaged along the way.

 

Because of Corona & Brexit we've had to change supplier to one within EU. Pre-orders are sent from Latvia and take 7-14 days to arrive. It clearly says on the productpage whether or not a product is pre-order. All pre-orders will be delivered to your door and not to a packageshop. 

 

SHIPPING PRICES
The shipping price depends on where you live and is calculated at checkout.  An estimation is €10 within Europe and €20-30 international.


FREE SHIPPING
We ship our products worldwide - We offer free shipping on orders above €99 within Europe and on orders above €199 outside Europe.

DELIVERY
We try to deliver goods within a reasonable timeline. However, delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors beyond our control and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed, they are an estimation. 
Denmark: 1-2 days.
Within Europe: 1-3 days.
International: 2-4 days.

SHIPPING COMPANY
We use GLS Express as our shipping company within Europe, and DHL Express outside of Europe. Both companies use Track & Trace and is fully insured should the parcel get lost.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact support@archessentials.dk to initiate a claim.
